Blister Cardboard Description

Blister cardboard (also known as blister white paper or blister card paper) is a commonly used base

material for blister packaging, usually combined with transparent plastic shells, and is widely applied

in the packaging of toys, electronic products, stationery, cosmetics and other products.

1. High stiffness: Strong hardness, not prone to deformation, and capable of supporting

the weight of the product.

2. Uniform thickness: Ensure a tight fit with the plastic shell during vacuum forming.

3. Temperature resistance: It can withstand the high temperature during vacuum forming processing

(about 120-150℃), and is not prone to curling or delamination.

4. Good printability: Smooth surface, suitable for high-precision four-color or spot color printing,

with high color reproduction.

5. Coating/varnishing: Commonly, matte, glossy or UV coatings are used to enhance the aesthetic

appeal and wear resistance.

6. Scratch resistance: After coating, it can prevent scratches during transportation

7. Heat sealing performance: It can be bonded with plastic shells such as PVC and PET through

heating, and has strong sealing performance.

8. Precise positioning in vacuum forming: Positioning holes or indentations are often pre-cut to
